Josh is a junior partner and began his career following his college graduation in 2015. He wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps and continue helping families gain and maintain financial independence.
Josh graduated from Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in managerial economics. During his stay at Allegheny, he displayed his leadership qualities while assuming the captain’s role on the basketball team. He uses his finance and economics background to help clients navigate through the disorienting financial environment.

Rich was born and raised in the Pittsburgh suburbs, and is a proud grandson of steel workers. He lives in the Columbus, Ohio area with his wife Hollie, and daughter Stella. Rich is a graduate of the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, holding a degree in Finance. While a student, Rich worked for the Ohio State football team, receiving a National Championship ring in 2002.
